Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to drive performance across multiple store locations in the Retail, Rental, Custom and Tailoring segments.

This role requires strategic planning, strong coaching, and a focus on creating a Legendary customer experience. Based in the Lower Westchester or Northern New Jersey area, you will report to the Zone Vice President and lead a team of Store Managers to exceed district goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading retail teams or equivalent.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to analyze sales data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Set store leadership expectations and drive results across districts.
• Analyze key metrics and train store managers to use reporting.
• Develop district/region strategies to maximize sales and performance.
• Oversee budgets and real estate insights to inform decisions.
• Conduct effective store visits to ensure readiness and brand standards.
• Lead teams through marketing events and local initiatives.
