Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. seeks a District Manager to lead the performance of multiple store locations across Retail, Rental, Custom and Tailoring.

Based in the Lower Westchester or Northern New Jersey area, you will partner with Store Managers to build high-performing teams and deliver a Legendary customer experience. The DM will set expectations, coach leaders, drive sales and profitability, manage budgets, analyze performance, and implement district-wide strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record leading, managing and developing retail teams.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening and stakeholder management.
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sets clear expectations for store leadership and holds teams accountable to drive results.
• Models company values and leads by example as an active coach.
• Communicates priorities and business-driving information to align stores with company goals.
• Analyzes key metrics and trains store managers to use reporting for performance.
• Develops and implements district/region strategy to maximize sales and drive consistency.
• Manages store and district budgets and understands market demographics.
