Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. seeks a District Manager to lead multiple-store operations across Retail, Rental, Custom and Tailoring channels in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will build high-performing store teams, set strategic direction, and partner with Store Managers to deliver a Legendary customer experience.

The role reports to the Regional Manager and requires strong leadership, budgeting, and analytics to drive district-wide performance and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience successfully leading retail teams or equivalent.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a deep understanding of sales and financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and manage multi-store operations.

Responsibilities

• Sets expectations for store leadership and drives results across districts.
• Achieves district business plans including sales and profitability.
• Analyzes key metrics and trains store managers to use reporting tools.
• Develops and implements district/region strategy to maximize sales and performance across stores.
• Manages budgets and understands local market demographics and real estate trends.
• Leads and develops staff to create a high-performing, inclusive store team.
