  • Flexibility to travel throughout the assigned market as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple retail locations, ensuring consistent execution and strong overall performance.
  • Coach, develop, and hold Store Managers and leadership teams accountable to operational, financial, and people objectives.
  • Analyze financial performance, including P&L, labor, productivity, and revenue trends, and identify opportunities to improve results.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Asset Protection, Marketing, and other corporate functions.
  • Lead hiring, training, performance management, coaching, and corrective action across the district.
  • Ensure merchandising, inventory, product flow, safety, and operational standards are consistently met.
  • Manage labor budgets and staffing levels while balancing operational needs and financial targets.
  • Foster a positive, high-performing culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and employee development.

Position Overview
