Job summary

General Motors is seeking a District Manager, OnStar & Loyalty, to lead dealer relationships and drive adoption of OnStar, My GM Rewards, and GM Rewards Card across an assigned dealer network. This field-based role requires extensive travel and relocation flexibility within the Rochester, NY area.

You will coach dealer teams, conduct regular performance reviews, and deliver live and virtual trainings to maximize loyalty and profitability.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales, customer service, or related experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to support business needs across time zones including weekends/holidays
Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office applications
Comfortable with technology platforms, apps, and subscription services
Travel up to 90% within assigned territory
Valid driver's license to operate a vehicle

Responsibilities

Advocate for OnStar and GM loyalty programs with dealer network.
Build trust-based relationships with dealer principals and sales/service leaders.
Coach dealership teams to maximize value from OnStar and GM Rewards.
Analyze data to drive performance and create dealer action plans.
Deliver in-dealership and virtual training sessions.
Collaborate with GM field ecosystem to support launches and messaging.
