Job summary

General Motors, through OnStar, is seeking a District Manager to advance loyalty programs, dealer relationships, and connected services across a broad network. You will travel in‑market to enable dealerships to maximize OnStar, My GM Rewards, and GM Rewards Credit Card adoption and sustained usage.

You will coach dealers using data and best practices, lead training sessions, and collaborate with GM teams to ensure aligned messaging and superior customer experiences across the district.

Qualifications

• Customer-first mindset and service orientation.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years automotive industry experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven ability to read the audience and present clearly, in person and virtually.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for OnStar and GM software and loyalty services within dealerships.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with dealer principals and leaders.
• Act as liaison between OnStar, GM brands and dealers to align priorities and messaging.
• Lead growth, loyalty, and performance coaching to drive profitability.
• Deliver training in-dealership and virtual sessions on OnStar and loyalty offerings.
• Use data to drive performance and co-create dealer action plans for continuous improvement.
• Monitor dealer, district, and region performance to meet goals.
