Job summary

General Motors LLC is seeking a District Manager, OnStar & Loyalty, to serve as the primary field representative for OnStar and GM's connected services across an assigned dealer network. You will build trusted dealer relationships to drive adoption, engagement, and profitability while coaching teams to maximize loyalty programs.

You will lead training, enablement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful launches and ongoing customer experiences, with up to 90% travel required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, customer service, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 90% within the assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for OnStar and GM loyalty services with dealers.
