Job summary

General Motors Corporation seeks a District Manager for OnStar & Loyalty in Bakersfield, CA. This field-based role covers dealerships in the district with regular travel and a focus on OnStar services, My GM Rewards, and GM Rewards Card adoption.

You will coach dealers to grow loyalty and profitability while partnering with Sales, Service, and Marketing teams. The position emphasizes data-driven coaching, live and virtual training, and strong relationship management with dealer principals and

Requires 2+ years of sales and customer service experience.
Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years automotive industry experience in lieu of degree.
Strong communication and presentation skills in person and virtual.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary advocate for OnStar and GM loyalty programs across dealerships.
Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews to identify opportunities and drive growth.
Design and deliver training in-person and virtually for dealer teams on OnStar, My GM Rewards, and GM Rewards Card.
Collaborate with GM field ecosystem teams to align messaging and support launches.
Use data insights to coach dealers toward continuous improvement and measurable results.
