Job summary

General Motors and OnStar are seeking a District Manager, OnStar & Loyalty to advocate for OnStar and GM’s software and subscription services across your assigned dealerships. You’ll own dealer relationships, travel in-market, and help teams unlock the full value of connected services for every customer.

Design and deliver live and virtual training, coach dealers to improve loyalty metrics, and coordinate with GM teams to launch My GM Rewards and GM Rewards Credit Cards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years automotive industry experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to read audience and present clearly in person or virtual settings.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and work odd hours to support dealer operations.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for OnStar and GM software and services within assigned dealerships.
• Build strong relationships with dealer principals, general managers, and sales/service leaders.
• Act as liaison between OnStar, GM brands and dealerships to align priorities and messaging.
• Coach dealers to improve loyalty metrics and drive dealership profitability.
• Design and deliver live in-dealership and virtual training sessions.
• Track performance and co-create action plans for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with GM field teams to launch programs like My GM Rewards and GM Rewards Credit Cards.
