Job summary

General Motors (GM) in the United States is hiring a District Manager, OnStar & Loyalty to drive dealer relationships and growth across the district. You’ll champion OnStar services, My GM Rewards, and GM Rewards Credit Card, ensuring value delivery and customer loyalty at each dealership.

Remote role with up to 50% travel, you will train dealer teams, analyze performance, and partner with cross-functional teams to enable aligned marketing and messaging.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of automotive industry experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven ability to read the audience, tailor your message, and present information clearly – in person and virtually.
• Willingness to work the hours required, including occasional weekends and holidays.
• Strong MS Office skills and comfort with technology and subscription services.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for OnStar, GM software and subscription services within assigned dealerships.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with dealer principals and leaders.
• Lead training sessions in-person and virtually for store teams on OnStar and loyalty products.
• Inspire adoption of My GM Rewards and GM Rewards Credit Card to boost loyalty and profitability.
• Harness data to drive performance and co-create dealer action plans for growth.
