Job summary

General Motors seeks a District Manager for OnStar & Loyalty who will serve as the field representative across an assigned dealer network. This role requires up to 90% travel to dealerships within the territory and relocation to Rochester, NY within 60 days if needed.

You will coach dealer teams to maximize the value of Connected by OnStar, My GM Rewards, and GM Rewards Card, using data-driven insights and training to drive loyalty and performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, customer service, or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 90% within assigned territory.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for OnStar and GM loyalty across dealer network.
• Build trust-based relationships with dealer principals and leaders.
• Coach dealership teams to maximize Connected by OnStar value.
• Use data to drive performance and create dealer action plans.
• Collaborate with GM field teams to coordinate launches and messaging.
