Qualifications

• Requires minimum four years hospitality management experience.
• Two years multi-property level hotel experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle check.

Responsibilities

• Directs General Managers of multiple properties to maximize EBITDA and ensure brand standards.
• Oversees revenue and cost controls, including labor, purchasing, and energy management.
• Drives district sales activities and site visits to top accounts to meet revenue targets.
• Monitors guest service results and coaches for improvement in NPS and guest satisfaction.
• Recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating hotel-level leadership; enforces HR processes.
• Conducts property visits to ensure safety, risk management, and compliance with policies.
