Extended Stay America in Phoenix is seeking a District Manager to direct General Managers across multiple properties, driving profitability, guest satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

You will oversee revenue optimization, labor and expense controls, coach on guest service, recruit and develop staff, and ensure compliance with safety and brand standards, with substantial travel across the district.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years hospitality management experience.
• Two years of multi-property level hotel experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a motor vehicle check.

Responsibilities

• Directs General Managers to maximize EBITDA and KPI performance.
• Oversees revenue areas including rate reviews, labor standards, and energy management.
• Drives sales efforts and supports top revenue accounts.
• Oversees training compliance and brand standards implementation.
• Coaches on guest service results and improves NPS in under‑performing areas.
• Manages recruitment, mentoring, and performance evaluations across properties.
• Leads retention and turnover reduction efforts and maintains professional work environment.
