Qualifications

• Four years hospitality management experience.
• Two years multi-property hotel management experience.
• Valid driver's license and pass motor-vehicle check.

Responsibilities

• Directs the General Managers to achieve profitability and guest/associate satisfaction.
• Maximizes revenues and controls expenses to meet budgeted EBITDA for the district.
• Promotes retention and high morale; coaches staff; conducts performance reviews.
• Conducts site visits to ensure safety, brand standards, and operational compliance.
• Oversees training and compliance with Extended Stay University programs.
