ESA Management, LLC is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the operations of multiple Extended Stay America properties in the Phoenix area. The role focuses on driving profitability, improving guest satisfaction, and ensuring adherence to company standards across district-wide operations.

You will direct General Managers, coach staff, monitor revenue performance, and lead site visits to maintain brand integrity. Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of four years hospitality management experience.
• Two years of multi-property level hotel experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass motor vehicle check.

Responsabilités

• Directs General Managers across multiple properties to optimize financial performance.
• Maximize revenues and control expenses across district operations.
• Participate in sales outreach, site tours, and drive revenue in top accounts.
• Monitor guest service results and coach teams to improve NPS.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage performance across staff.
• Inspect properties for safety, security, and brand standards.
