Qualifications

• Minimum four years hospitality management experience.
• Two years multi-property hotel experience required.
• Valid driver's license and motor vehicle check.
• Strong analytical and KPI tracking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs General Managers to maximize district EBITDA.
• Oversees revenue generation and expense control across properties.
• Drives guest/associate satisfaction and NPS improvement.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and standards.
