Job summary

YAGEO Group is seeking a High Service Distribution Account Manager to drive business growth across key distributor accounts, onsite in Grapevine, TX or Simpsonville, SC. You will develop and execute account strategies, strengthen distributor relationships, and identify opportunities across the YAGEO product portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in related industry, strong presentation and data skills, and the ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in related industry.
• Strong presentation and data-driven decision making using PowerPoint, Power BI, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to grow distributor relationships.
• Organize distributor website content and support global marketing plans.
• Track inventory and analyze sales performance.
• Coordinate product and sales meetings and trainings for distributors.
• Travel to distributor offices and sales events.
• Maintain knowledge of all YAGEO Group products and services.
