Job summary

Yusen Logistics Americas Inc. is seeking an Account Manager I in Grapevine, TX, to lead engagements with key accounts and support the Account Development Plan for profitable growth.

You will coordinate across product, operations and vendor teams, draft strategic plans, and drive opportunities from prospecting to onboarding while ensuring customer satisfaction and effective collaboration across the global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain, logistics, sales/marketing, or business.
• 1–3 years in account management or business development within logistics, or 3–5 years in operations.
• Excellent knowledge of the logistics industry.
• Proven ability to grow and retain customers with a strategic approach.
• Ability to build relationships at the C-level with trust and insight.

Responsibilities

• Execute the account strategy and develop the Account Development Plan with prioritized opportunities.
• Lead business development activities from prospecting to onboarding new opportunities per the ADP.
• Collect, analyze, and apply insights from operations to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Serve as the single point of contact to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate across Yusen Logistics Americas network to achieve ADP objectives.
