HDR, Inc. is seeking a Director-Transportation Alternative Delivery to lead the pursuit and delivery of major transportation projects.
You will drive approvals, coordinate with multiple HDR groups, negotiate terms with legal, and provide strategic insights to leadership. This role emphasizes collaboration within HDR’s matrix and client relationship management across large-scale civil infrastructure programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil infrastructure and design delivery.
- Professional engineering license preferred; license may be required.
- Experience leading large projects and managing client relationships.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Responsabilités
- Lead pursuit and delivery of Alternative Delivery projects.
- Drive project approvals per HDR policies and risk committee.
- Coordinate with HDR teams on staff resources, contractors and contracts.
- Negotiate terms with legal input and risk considerations.
- Foster collaboration across HDR matrix among regions and groups.
- Advise on commercial and technical trends in the AD industry.
- Report on Transportation Business Group AD status.
- May serve as Principal-in-Charge on selected projects.
