HDR, Inc. is seeking an experienced Alternative Delivery Director for the Transportation Business Group to lead and manage high-profile design-build and P3 projects. This role requires coordinating with HDR leadership, clients, and partners to advance complex transportation infrastructure initiatives.

The position emphasizes leadership, strategic oversight, and the ability to drive contract negotiations and project approvals while maintaining HDR’s collaborative, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• Professional engineering (PE) license required or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in large civil infrastructure design and delivery.

Responsabilités

• Report to the Project Delivery Program Director for pursuit and delivery of Alternative Delivery projects.
• Drive approvals in compliance with HDR policies and authority matrices.
• Collaborate with HDR Business Group Directors on policy, resources, and contract terms.
• Negotiate contracting terms with HDR Legal and Risk committees.
• Coordinate with Transportation Leadership on client discussions for upcoming projects.
• Lead and influence multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives.
