Job summary

Shorr Packaging Corp. is seeking a Director, Food Packaging to translate market trends and customer needs into go-to-market plays, sales enablement, and pipeline execution.

You will collaborate with marketing, operations, and supplier partners to strengthen the food packaging portfolio and deliver a consistent customer experience. You will lead cross-functional pursuit teams, develop commercial strategies, and drive revenue growth while maintaining pricing discipline and strong partnerships with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Engineering, Food Science, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in food/beverage packaging.
• Ability to define GTM strategy and partner with field sales for pipeline growth.
• Knowledge of food safety/quality systems (SQF/HACCP) and packaging solutions.
• Experience with operations/plant teams, suppliers, and co-manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute GTM strategy for food packaging including segments and value propositions.
• Collaborate with sales to build territory plans and close plans.
• Lead pursuit teams to scope, price, and win programs.
• Maintain CRM forecasts and drive revenue and margin attainment.
• Develop proposals, pricing guidance, and implementation plans.
• Manage pricing discipline and track program profitability.
