Job summary

Shorr Packaging Corp. is seeking a Director of Food Packaging to translate market trends and customer needs into go-to-market plays, enablement, and pipeline execution.

You will collaborate with marketing, operations, and suppliers to strengthen the food packaging portfolio, improve win rates, and deliver a consistent customer experience. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional pursuit teams, developing proposals and pricing strategies, and driving profitable growth while maintaining

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Packaging or related field required.
7+ years in food/beverage packaging or related packaging roles.
Strong go-to-market and business development experience.
Experience with risk/profitability analysis and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

Set and execute GTM strategy for food packaging including segments and value props.
Collaborate with sales to build territory/account plans and close deals.
Lead cross-functional pursuit teams to scope, price, and win programs.
Manage CRM, forecast accuracy, and pipeline discipline to drive revenue/gross margin.
