You will collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen the food packaging portfolio, improve win rates, and deliver consistent customer experiences. The role drives strategy, pricing discipline, and margin performance while leading cross-functional pursuit teams and senior-level negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Engineering, Food Science, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in food/beverage packaging with relevant domains.
• Go-to-market strategy and field sales collaboration.
• Experience with SQF/HACCP and quality systems.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce) and pipeline forecasting.
• Strong communication for executive-level discussions.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute go-to-market strategy for food packaging.
• Partner with sales to build territory/account plans.
• Lead pursuit teams to scope, price, win programs.
• Maintain CRM, improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop proposals and commercial strategies; support negotiations.
• Track pipeline, bookings, revenue, margin and drive improvements.
• Travel up to 40% domestically.
