Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in aftermarket, parts, service or product support.
• Background in construction equipment, heavy machinery or industrial equipment.
• Proven success growing aftermarket revenue and profitability.
• Strong understanding of dealer networks, parts distribution and field service.
• Commercial acumen, P&L experience and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute aftermarket growth and profitability strategies.
• Drive parts, service and product support revenue.
• Strengthen dealer performance and distribution capabilities.
• Improve parts availability, inventory performance and customer service.
• Develop service agreements, maintenance programmes and digital aftermarket solutions.
• Lead teams and collaborate with sales, supply chain, engineering and product management.
• Monitor revenue, margins, customer satisfaction and operational KPIs.
