ProMach, Inc. is seeking a Director of Aftermarket to lead a $12M+ aftermarket business in Homer, MI. This onsite role demands strategic leadership of a service technicians and customer service team to deliver responsive, reliable value to customers.

• Experience leading a multi-functional team.
• Experience in aftermarket/services is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen and technical understanding.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute an aftermarket growth strategy including parts, service, and technical support.
• Own the full aftermarket P&L, budgeting, staffing, and pricing decisions.
• Drive customer retention and recurring revenue through preventive maintenance and lifecycle programs.
• Oversee order management, RMA, logistics, and billing for accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate across functions to resolve issues and drive design improvements.
• Lead Lean initiatives to improve productivity and cost performance.
