Responsibilities

• Execute operational strategies and translate goals into actionable plans.
• Lead Parts and Service departments to meet objectives and KPIs.
• Improve scheduling, productivity, and customer satisfaction across locations.
• Drive process improvements and organizational change to support growth.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability with the COO.
