ProMach is seeking a Director of Aftermarket Business to lead a team delivering exceptional parts, service, and support. You will own the Aftermarket P&L, drive growth, and partner across Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Marketing to resolve issues and improve customer outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, customer focus, and continuous improvement in a global packaging machinery context. Travel as needed is required, with a comprehensive rewards package offered.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Aftermarket, Service, or Commercial roles.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical equipment, parts manufacturing, and service delivery models.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and influence skills across functions with strong customer presence and poise.
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Syteline, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Experience in automated industrial equipment or packaging machinery is strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute an aftermarket growth strategy across parts, service, and support.
• Own Aftermarket P&L including budgeting, staffing, and pricing decisions.
• Drive customer retention and recurring revenue through maintenance and upgrades.
• Oversee quotation, orders, logistics, and billing for accuracy and timeliness.
• Set KPIs and best practices for customer care, scheduling, and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Marketing to resolve issues.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement to boost productivity and cost performance.
