Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in heavy equipment or related equipment service operations.
• Experience leading multiple locations or leading other managers/supervisors.
• Strong track record improving service profitability and operational efficiency.
• Experience with service/DMS systems and using data to drive decisions.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop branch-level service managers/leaders across locations.
• Standardize and improve service processes, workflows, and systems.
• Own aftermarket profitability and analyze branch performance data.
• Plan for new branch openings and ensure readiness with staff and systems.
