Job summary

Pro Mach, Inc. is seeking a Director of Aftermarket to lead a team of parts specialists, service technicians, and sales managers in Alexandria, MN. The role requires strategic leadership, strong commercial acumen, and a focus on continuous improvement to deliver outstanding customer value.

You will own the Aftermarket P&L, drive revenues, manage pricing, and collaborate across functions to improve service delivery, reliability, and lifecycle programs. Travel as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Aftermarket, Service, or Commercial roles.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical equipment and service models.
• Proven revenue growth and margin improvement in a service business.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive aftermarket growth strategy across parts, service, retrofits and technical support.
• Own the full Aftermarket P&L, including budgeting, staffing, and pricing decisions.
• Drive customer retention and recurring revenue through preventive maintenance, rebuilds, upgrades, and lifecycle programs.
• Oversee quotation and order management, logistics, and billing for accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead a high-performing team and establish escalation/resolution protocols.
