Job summary

Randstad, a global leader in talent solutions, is seeking a Direct Hire Solutions Manager in the United States to drive client satisfaction by selling Randstad’s staffing solutions, expanding within current accounts, and recruiting top talent to meet client needs.

You will identify prospects, nurture relationships with hiring managers, negotiate rates, and lead end-to-end talent delivery using digital tools and in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional sales experience in the Finance & Accounting sector.
• 2+ years in business-to-business sales.
• Background in Finance & Accounting strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects for workforce services and solutions.
• Build relationships with hiring managers via phone, text, email, social media, in-person
• Foster strategic partnerships by engaging key decision-makers through various communication channels
• Execute the activities that will gain results (lots of cold calls, phone calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings)
• Responsible for generating gross profit through personal production, including selling segment orders within the market, and meeting revenue, gross margin, and other financial objectives.
• Negotiate pay and bill rates to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
• Effectively source, recruit, interview, and select candidates
• Listen to diagnose the workforce gaps that are limiting a client’s growth potential
• Coach and retain talent via phone, virtually, and in-person
• Offer innovative and creative workforce solutions
• Provide services that consistently delight our clients and talent
