The role emphasizes leveraging digital tools, cross-functional collaboration, and building strong prospects through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to grow the client base and profits.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional sales experience with in the Finance & Accounting sector.
• Minimum 2+ years of business experience with in B2B sales.
• Previous experience and/or background in Finance & Accounting highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects in need of workforce services & solutions.
• Build relationships with hiring managers via multiple channels.
• Foster strategic partnerships with key decision-makers.
• Execute activities to gain results including cold calls and client meetings.
• Generate gross profit through personal production and meet revenue targets.
• Negotiate pay and bill rates to maximize ROI.
• Source, recruit, interview, and select candidates.
• Diagnose workforce gaps to support client growth.
• Coach and retain talent via various modes.
