Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial leadership; own outcomes and accountability.
• Evaluate personnel, operations, and culinary situations.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and Compass standards.
• Manage budgets, wages, food & beverage costs, and controllable expenses.
• Lead team meetings and develop staff; coach and mentor.
• Strong P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience.
• Excellent communication with residents, staff, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operating strategy aligned with client goals.
• Own on-site leadership and hold team accountable for service behaviors.
• Assess operations and culinary situations; make timely recommendations.
• Maintain professional, resilient demeanor during stressful periods.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and company standards.
• Lead safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
• Communicate updates to executives and staff in writing or verbally.
