Job summary

Morrison Living, a member of Compass Group USA, seeks a Director of Dining Services to lead a community’s food and beverage operations with a focus on resident satisfaction, quality, and financial performance.

You will oversee strategy development, ensure service excellence, and be the face of the company, driving a positive work environment and best-in-class hospitality across the community.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience.
• Strong knowledge of food cost controls, sanitation, and presentation.
• Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement overall operating strategy aligned with client business strategy.
• Own driving outcomes with an entrepreneurial approach and hold on-site leadership accountable.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and adapt during stressful periods.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and Compass Group standards.
• Lead communications and briefings across all levels of staff.
