Morrison Living, a member of Compass Group USA, seeks a Director of Dining Services to lead day-to-day dining operations with a focus on resident satisfaction and financial performance. You will direct the food & beverage operation, guide on-site leadership, and ensure service excellence across all meal periods.

You will collaborate with culinary leadership to deliver best-in-class hospitality, maintain high standards, and drive strategic initiatives that align with client objectives and Compass

Qualifications

• Experience in foodservice operational management.
• Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends.
• P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience desirable.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• BS/ Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client.
• Work with the Chef and management on menus and quality.
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Roll out new culinary programs.
