Job summary

Morrison Living is seeking a Director of Dining Services to lead the community's food and beverage operation, ensuring resident satisfaction and financial performance. You will drive strategy, supervise a team, and align service with Compass Community Living standards.

The role requires proven leadership, culinary and financial acumen, and the ability to deliver best-in-class hospitality to residents and clients.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of foodservice operational management experience.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation.
• Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments.
• Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food.
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
• Roll out new culinary programs.
