Job summary

You will supervise managers and staff, drive client relationships, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while achieving financial and operational targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in food services management
• Experience in foodservice operations and budgeting preferred
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Manages salaried managers and hourly associates in the Food Service Department
• Oversees overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the account
• Interviews, hires, and trains associates; plans, assigns, directs work; appraises performance; rewards and disciplines
• Prepares and manages annual budget
• Utilizes company systems for inventory, reports, payroll/time-keeping
• Ensures HACCP and OSHA-compliant food safety and sanitation
