Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field; or A.A. Degree plus related experience preferred.
• Strong supervisory and coaching skills.
• Experience with budgeting, cost controls, and P&L accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operating strategy aligned with client business goals.
• Oversee budgeting and financial performance for the account.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations.
