Qualifications

7+ years in banking, operations, PM, or related areas.
Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives.
PMP/CSM/Lean Six Sigma or similar certified preferred.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.

Responsibilities

Leads digital transformation initiatives across the bank.
Partners with executives to prioritize opportunities.
Manages enterprise project portfolio and governance.
Oversees capacity planning and resource allocation.
Develops executive dashboards and status reports.
Supports change management and stakeholder engagement.
