Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive banking/operations/project management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Professional certifications (PMP, CSM, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads the bank's digital transformation efforts by coordinating strategic initiatives to improve processes and experiences.
• Partners with executive leadership to identify and prioritize transformation opportunities.
• Establishes and maintains enterprise project intake, prioritization, and governance processes.
• Manages the transformation project portfolio and ensures alignment with objectives and resources.
• Oversees capacity planning to balance demand with available capacity.
• Works with business units to define requirements, dependencies, and timelines.
• Facilitates project execution by assembling teams, creating plans, and monitoring progress.
• Develops executive-level reporting and dashboards communicating status and outcomes.
