Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years in banking, operations, PM, or transformation.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate digital transformation initiatives across the bank.
• Partner with executives and department leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Establish enterprise project intake, prioritization, and governance processes.
• Manage transformation portfolio and assess resource capacity.
• Oversee capacity planning and align projects with strategic goals.
• Define requirements, dependencies, and implementation timelines.
• Facilitate project execution, assign teams, and monitor progress.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and resource utilization; escalate as needed.
• Collaborate across functions to remove obstacles and drive change.
• Develop standards, reporting frameworks, and governance for PMO.
• Create executive dashboards communicating status and outcomes.
• Support change management with communication and training.
