You will partner with executive leadership and department heads to prioritize projects, establish governance, and drive measurable business value across the organization. The role requires 7+ years in banking/operations and strong program leadership, with a focus on process improvement, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in a business/technical field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive banking/operations/project management experience with transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business units.

Responsabilidades

• Leads the Bank's digital transformation efforts by coordinating strategic initiatives to improve processes, customer experiences, employee experiences, and operational effectiveness.
• Partners with executives to prioritize transformation opportunities aligned with goals.
• Establishes and maintains enterprise project intake, prioritization, and governance processes.
• Manages transformation project portfolio and resource capacity.
• Oversees capacity planning to balance demand, resources, and priorities.
• Defines business requirements, dependencies, and implementation timelines with business units.
• Initiates and facilitates project execution with teams, plans, assignments, and progress monitoring.
• Tracks performance, milestones, risks, issues, and resource utilization; escalates as needed.
• Facilitates cross-functional collaboration and addresses obstacles.
• Identifies opportunities for automation, digitization, and process improvements.
• Develops project management standards, reporting, and governance processes.
• Creates executive dashboards communicating status, capacity, risks, and outcomes.
• Supports change management including communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborates with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and vendors for delivery.
• Monitors industry trends and banking practices to identify opportunities.
• Ensures regulatory and policy alignment for projects.
