Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Finance, IT, PM, Operations) or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive banking/operations/project management/change experience.
• PM certification (PMP/CSM/Lean Six Sigma or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise digital transformation portfolio and coordinate strategic initiatives across departments.
• Partner with executives to identify, evaluate, and prioritize transformation opportunities.
• Establish and enforce enterprise project intake, prioritization, and governance.
• Monitor progress, risks, and resources; escalate as needed.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and effective change management.
