Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Lead Digital Transformation Officer to guide enterprise-wide digital initiatives, partnering with executive leadership, business lines, technology, and operations to prioritize and deliver strategic projects.

You will oversee the project portfolio, capacity planning, and governance, drive execution, measure outcomes, and foster change management across the organization to improve efficiency, customer experience, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7 or more years of progressive experience in banking, operations, project management, business transformation, process improvement, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Leads enterprise transformation initiatives by coordinating strategic programs across business units.
• Partners with executives to identify, evaluate, and prioritize transformation opportunities.
• Establishes enterprise project intake, prioritization, and governance processes.
• Manages transformation project portfolio to align with strategy and resources.
• Oversees capacity planning to balance project demand with priorities.
• Drives project execution by forming teams, defining plans, and tracking progress.
• Develops executive dashboards on project status, capacity, risks, and outcomes.
