Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Project Management, Operations, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Leads enterprise transformation initiatives and coordinates strategic projects across business units.
• Partners with executives to identify, evaluate, and prioritize transformation opportunities.
• Establishes enterprise project intake, prioritization, and governance processes.
• Manages transformation program portfolio and resource capacity planning.
• Oversees cross-functional collaboration and change management efforts.
• Develops governance, reporting, and dashboards for executive visibility.
