Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Lead Digital Transformation Officer to drive strategic digital initiatives across business lines, technology, and operations.

You will partner with executive leadership to identify, prioritize, and deliver programs that improve efficiency, customer experiences, and growth. You will manage the enterprise project portfolio, govern intake and prioritization, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure execution delivers measurable business value and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Project Management, Operations Management, or related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in banking, operations, project management, or transformation.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives with multiple stakeholders and business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives across business lines, technology, and operations.
• Partner with executives to identify, evaluate, and prioritize transformation opportunities.
• Establish and maintain enterprise project intake, prioritization, and governance.
• Manage transformation project portfolio with resource capacity planning.
• Oversee project execution, track milestones, risks, and issues; report progress.
