Job summary

Threespot designs and builds websites and digital platforms for nonprofits, foundations, and cultural institutions. Our Account Leads (Producers) run digital strategy, brand, website, and web-based application design and development projects, providing day-to-day leadership to both client and internal teams.

They build deep relationships with their clients by operating as a strategic partner and helping clients level up their digital communications to achieve their goals and missions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital project management, producer, or account-director roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets and scopes.
• Experience with nonprofit, foundation, or cultural/government clients is a plus.
• Experience working with CMS implementations, especially WordPress and Drupal.

Responsibilities

• Own growth on assigned accounts and identify opportunities.
• Build and manage project plans and budgets for a range of engagements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Mitigate risks and ensure projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget.
