Threespot, a digital strategy agency, seeks an Account Lead (Producer) to guide digital strategy, brand, and development projects for nonprofits and cultural institutions. You will lead client relationships, scope engagements, manage multi-year website projects, and coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, strategists, UX specialists, and developers.

Remote-ready role with a strong emphasis on growth, budgeting, risk management, and quality assurance.

Competenze

• 6+ years in digital project management, producer, or account director roles.
• Strong knowledge of client service, the creative process, and web development technologies.
• Track record of expanding scope or revenue on existing client accounts with examples.
• Strategic thinker who handles ambiguity and keeps the bigger picture in view.
• Experience in a digital or creative agency.
• Experience collaborating with development teams on CMS implementation (WordPress/Drupal).
• Experience with nonprofit, foundation, cultural, or government clients is a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
