Job summary

Threespot is seeking an Account Lead (Producer) to guide digital strategy, brand, website, and web-based application projects for nonprofits and cultural institutions. You will provide day-to-day leadership to clients and internal teams, strengthening relationships and aligning scope, budget, and timelines.

You will run multi-account projects, collaborate with Creative Directors, UX, Designers, and Developers, mitigate risks, and help win new work.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a digital project management, producer, or account director role.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and client engagements.
• Track record of growing accounts and winning new work.

Responsibilities

• Owns growth on assigned accounts and leads scoping and proposals.
• Manages project plans and budgets across web development projects.
• Directs cross-functional teams and communicates with clients to align on scope, timeline, and risk.
• Pitches ideas to clients and contributes to business development.
