Job summary

Threespot, a digital strategy agency, is seeking an Account Lead (Producer) to drive growth on assigned nonprofit accounts, lead cross‑functional teams, and steward projects from strategy through delivery. You will own project plans and budgets, scope and win new work, and cultivate durable client relationships while ensuring on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a digital project management, producer, or account director role.
• Experience with CMS implementation (WordPress, Drupal) and working with development teams.
• Track record of expanding scope or revenue on existing client accounts.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns growth on assigned accounts and identifies opportunities for additional work.
• Leads scoping and proposals, and pitches client solutions.
• Builds and maintains durable client relationships and navigates difficult conversations.
• Manages project plans and budgets for a range of engagements from quick-turnaround to multi-year projects.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver on time and on budget.
