Threespot is a digital strategy agency delivering web and digital platform solutions for nonprofits and cultural institutions. We seek an Account Lead to drive growth on assigned accounts, manage budgets, and align cross-functional teams to deliver on time and on budget.

You will partner with clients and internal teams, shaping digital strategy, brand, and web-based applications while expanding opportunities and providing strategic leadership across projects.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in a digital project management, producer, or account director role.
• Strong knowledge of client service, the creative process, and web development technologies.
• Track record of expanding scope or revenue on existing client accounts.
• Strategic thinker who keeps the bigger picture in view and handles ambiguity.
• Experience working in a digital or creative agency.
• Experience with CMS implementation and working with development teams (WordPress/Drupal).

• Owns growth on assigned accounts and leads scoping and proposals.
• Cultivates durable client relationships and navigates difficult conversations.
• Builds and manages project plans and budgets for web development projects and retainers.
• Manages multiple concurrent projects across accounts and keeps tasks up to date.
• Supports business development by contributing to scoping and budgeting proposals.
